Gurubashi PvP problem

Ok I am the co-owner of elysium-wow (a new private server). We recruited some people on the server and decided to have a PvP event to keep them busy. We all went to gurubashi only to find that something is wrong with the PvP flag in there. It is not allowing me (or anyone else) to attack anyone they please that is in the arena. I am almost certain that I have to edit something in the database, if so then please tell me. I use navicat but I have connected with heidiSQL and SQLyog so I can use any database editor. Please help me.

Yep, It is not Database related, so like Deathstrong1203 is saying, it can be no map files...

You also have the latest DBC files?!

I doubt this is it...but could it be that you are in the same party with the person you are trying to attack?
