Account Creation Problem

Hi Guys I Have Tryed Finding My Problem Maybe I Over Looked It

I Updated To 4.0 Database My Account Creation Page Was Working Now Its Not
I Can Create Account It Adds To THe Account List Fine And Open It But It Doesnt Allow Anyone To Loggin Says Invalid Name Or PassWord And The Accounts Are On My Account Page If I do A Restart You Can Log In FIne Any Ideas Of This Problem?

Actually, all you need to do is type in reload in logonserver and they can work, and i suggest you change "<Rates AccountRefresh = "600">" to "<Rates AccountRefresh = "80">

oh and make sure they have right realmlist xD
