    Your hosts file is wrong it should be something like this:
    ( I removed the crap on the top :P )

    Code:
    127.0.0.1       localhost
    InternalIP      my_world_Server_host_address
    example
    InternalIP = 192.168.1.10
    my_world_Server_host_address = pennybox.com

    where
    192.168.1.10 = Internal Ip from your World server
    pennybox.com = site address used in your realmconf

    I assume you are running the Server not on the pc you are playing on...
