[Share] Learn Lua ( Not for lazy people )

Hey guys ive been looking for a lua guide to learn lua, ive acutly learned a fair bit but not good enough to script some wow stuff im going to share the website here for others who want to learn it.

There's lots of easier ways to learn LUA.
Step 1. Go to http://www.mmowned.com/forums/emulat...bossfight.html and read it through
Step 2. After you have learned to create basic LUA bossfight go to Ascent Emu forums (or just search here) and look at scripts other people have made. LUA is very logical. And remember, practice makes perfect.
After you can make bit harder scripts, you can look at different Events and Commands at wiki.ascentemu.com/index.php?title=Lua

hmm, i dont think you understand. Ive posted this for you to learn lua for all platforms not for just wow, it can be used for wow just as much as other things


you can learn more then lua boss fight and portals from the link i posted... Them guides arnt the only thing you can make for wow with lua lol

It should help people on most Lua platforms.

However, I would reccommend something like Gastric's guide on how to create some useful wow lua scripts..

Lua is simlar all arround i used this and made little things for wow
