Well i am walking around retail and i see someone advertising there funserver. I thought to myself.. now thats just retarded... blizzard can shut them down right? Even with a terms of use police can access the site and as some people think server arnt illegal they are idk how wowgasm won the lawsuit against them.

tbh i think blizz would rather take action against wowscape etc as they get like $200k per month in doantions
