Npc Armor! Plz

Is there a way to give armor to NPC??? I keep hearing no but somones gotta no Cus I keep seeing goblins with christmas suits and stuff like people in there underware (Eww) And ideas or facts?

armor as in a plate or cloth or armor as in damage resistance

Its just the display ID, i dont know of anyway to *put* armor on an npc.

I think He means like actually making NPC's wear armor like a player would.

Ok.. its not possible? Im gonna find a picture and post it up here and just tell me if it is in armorz I played wowscape and they had a goblin npc dressed in tier 6 and that was a little weird.. im gonna look it up and thanks for the responces
