    Stuck on Group Loot & Proc rates

    Alright, for some reason right when I started server, there has been no way to change the loot in a party / raid...
    and...
    I want to figure out how to boost the proc rate of just like the enchant 'battlemaster' Im using HeidiSQL and AC webrepack / Ascent

    Answer 1: Try emptying your groups table (empty not delete!) and then restart server
    Answer 2: You can't change that very easily
