Ascent Stable 3.8

Ive didnt found any similar thread, so ive decidd to post these.
If this was reposted than a mod can delete it.

So ive compiled Ascent Stable 3.8 for the people who still cant use Microsoft Visual C++ and other Compile Stuff.

Ive tested most of the things and ive found them working good so i can say that Ascent Stable 3.8 is a good release, maybe it has bugs but i didnt find any

It includes :
1. DBC Files (2.3.3)
2. Sql Updates
3. script_bin folder with all scripts

Inorite? Anyone can compile Ascent, it's like the easiest thing in the world.

Don't release it without any core edits.
