Ascent-- How to change rank of player

A player asked me the other day to give him "Gladiator" rank.... and I didn't know how to do it.

Could somebody please tell me how (if possible) and a list of ID's for other ranks?

add honour to his char in Character table in db !!

Not necessarily, there is a command, I think it is a modification command, something like .mod honor <number> or it could be something like .bg addhonor <number> but I am not to sure, never used that command.
