Yes.
Download the program Sockscap at:
SocksCap 2.40: Download SocksCap 2.40
Install it, press new, press browse then select WoW.exe and name it like "World of Warcraft"
Press on Ok, then press on settings, then write your proxy there then just launch it by doubleclicking "World of warcraft"

To find proxies, just google it ^^!
