ive put up a WOTLK server (everything is workin fine) and i have put it online so me and a couple friends can play and mess around. Problem is, they can connect and i cant andi i cant remember how 2 set it so i can connect to the server on the computer it is bein hosted on. (i am hostin the server of my PC and running WoW trying to connect to it on the same PC. problem is, it says "logging into server" and stays froze there.) any help would be great, ty

I was doing some Vendor work on my server today, and i had to shutdown due to a firewall update so i closed everything out and rebooted, when i tried to get back in and continue with the NPC i left off at, whenever i click edit in my DBE, it always says that the table 'vendors' is broken and needs to be repaired before further work can be done. Anyone help? +rep if you can

Ok, i got my own server up etc.
But have one problem.

I would like to sell items, without costing like arena points.
Or without costing the stuff that drops of illidian anybody knows how?

Delete the entry in items_extendedcost for that item (or remove the table altogether)

Update items set ItemExtendedCost = 0;
Update items set ArenaRankRequirement = 0;

will remove the items needed to buy the items and will remove arena requirements...

I have a Arcemu server online so my friends can play... the only problem is when the server shutdowns all the game objects that i have putted out gets deleted what can i do about it?? i want to be able to make a jumping q :P... A guy told me that i need to save the DB in-game but then i asked him how but he dident answer... do any1 here know how to make the Game object stay even when the server gets shutdowned... +rep to the one that can help me :P

When adding a GO, make sure you write a '1' at the end of the command. That signals the function to save the GO.

add the languages to the playercreateinfo tables or get a DB where it has languages working and copy the tables

Would but thing is it only Happens when i add starting items someone said there was a playercreateinto SQL to readd the lang but cant seem to find & not gonna redo entire db
