i did try to use An SQL update from SVn that drops INDEX and makes primary keys but it never worked for me,, SQL failed

Well ya in most cases you would be right

But i am using the sticky releases newest NCDB and newest 3.5 stable.

Hmm, try to use 2.8 stable with like a little older ncdb lol tahts what i use and i have no problems what so ever. And that would only happen to you because of your database. so somethign wrong, maybe try reinstalling it. wipe everything clean and put it in.
