AC Web Ultimate Repack 7.5 - Help

Hello there, I need some help with my AC Web Ultimate Repack. First off whenever I try to start Control Panel I get an error which says



And when I try to start the ascent.bat / logon.bat manually it says:



But I have already reinstalled like 80 times, and checked the config files everytime, the only thing I can start is Mysql and the homepage.

I dunno but im using 7.4 and my website was up for 4 days and juss stoped work..
