one more q : can i make a npc sit on a throne?

yes with .npc emote 13 and if you want it to stay just add the emote state in the database to 13 :P

Spawn the Npc

then go into Database and go into " Creature_spawns " Table and find your Npc's Spawn Row and then find the Field
" emote_state " and in there put " 13 "

the Blue small Crystals are Called SomethingCrystal in Database
and the Thing it is on is a Serpent Shrine
