I want to change some of the proffesions

How would I go about doing that?

I own and run a 10-19 PvP server
I want to change some of the Enchanting spells to only require 70 Enchanting skill
Like, Crusader, Lifestealing, et'cetra

Is this possible to do without recompiling the core?

ok so wait you want to make it so there basicly no required lvl to learn master encahnting or what becuase then thats easy you would go in Trainer_spells and find the id of the trainer and change the lvl req to 19
