this is a person that used my trainer update.
it worked for him, and it worked for me on all 5 realms at epicwow

and install whole trainers again,

that should solve rogue stealth.
my developers are no working on testing every skill in every class
and will be updated into the same trainer package linked above.
but remember: alot of ranks need talentpoints set first.

but the trainers are being rebuild now. will be ready sometimes next week,
in while, install the whole trainer package as linked above and your stealth will work again (100% confirmed by EVERYONE that tested it!) but you get stealth first at lvl 16, and starts with rank 2 instead cause rank 1 are bugged in ascent core!

ALSO remember that you still have the original Trainers in EVERY main city that still may train the ones that are bugged in custom trained!
(dont understand why NO ONE even try that first lol

yes.. the character issue is because of your database.. I tried using your database with different repacks and i get the same problem..

btw knaur in class npc skill its teach you only dual wild to rogue you can upload some sql to teach you all class weapon skills like mace weapon dagger you know :P

I dunno Knaur , tried everything you said. Upgraded to 3.0 framenetwork, downloaded the 2.8 from your links. Still get same msg. Howerver when i get 2.8 stable from Steph Corner or Emupedia, it starts fine jsut crashes later. Your version gives me an error.

As well, Lua scripts still gives errors.

As well ingame it gives BAdArgument error all the time.

I been using ur repack for few months now (old one) i am kinda good now at it. and cant find a solution. Some help would be greatly appreciated

well, ascent isnt mine, its just the one we are using on our realms,
and working perfect there.

and we only have support for our database anyway,

we have no support for those since we didnt make them.

we can only support what we created, and for us it works
perfectly with 2.8 stable rev 2815 so im afraid i dont know why

and to mysterio2004173: no, it is not the database, you just need more rescent
up to date tables at your side for characters, try get from NCDB,s svn site
since my database is build on NCDB rev 829!

(if it was my database how come YOU are the only one with that problem) lol

with NO crashes.

hey guys, i have another question..lol.. well i compiled ascent myself so i could try and run this thing and it works(looks like it does..im a noob) and i changed the stuff in the files(ascent,logonserver...etc) to connect to my stuf and when i load it it up it looks like its going to run fine and then i get this...







i have no idea whats wrong, any suggestions?

Are you behind a router?

If so which one. And if not is Your Windows Firewall On?
Also tryf orwarding all the ports in ascent guide.

It looks like to me that something is blocking ascent .,So it can be few things Router/Firewall/Ports not forwarded .

Again, good job!! I only have one problem that was mentioned before but I didnt see a reply. Draenai cannot use daggers. Will there be a fix like an option to select a sword or dagger as a reward?
