Ascent need a fix for 2.3.2 ...

Make sure you use the other files too, not just copy the ascent.exe

In time there will be a release of the 2.3.2 DBCs and other scripts.

If you arent using 2.3.2 client then use your previous version until its fully supported.

Time for bed now, Im sure there will be a better revision tomorrow.

rev 3004 seems to have more bugs with 2.3.2 than previous ones for some reason

Hey steph, do you think you can help me out a bit?

Ok im trying to set up a server using your ascent rev 2984 and NCDB 832, the only problem is that i can get everything working but when i try to log in i get stuck at connected =/ I can press cancel but it just takes me to the realmlist again

Im a n00b when it comes to private servers but i have had one running before and i know that the .conf files are working correctally but idk why it is getting stuck at connected.

EDIT: o, ya one more thing, i have it set up to play on a hamachi adress right now...... if that makes any diffrence

Your ports probably arent open properly, the flicking back and forth means that there is a connection not being able to be made.

Also, use my 3004 pack, it's in my sig link.

Hardly scytze - I use my own custom conf files for my testing, when ascent is compiled it creates brand new fresh conf files.

If you knew anything about compiling you would know that.
