but any one else havin trouble gettin the bosses to work?

i have all the .dll files that came with the latest ascent core in script_bin folder and downloaded the additional LUA files and put then in a seperate folder called scripts in the ascent folder. Both the scripts and script_bin should be in the ascent folder right? I also activated LUA by changing the 0 to a "1" in the world-conf file. the ascent-world.exe is telling me it loaded up the LUA's and .dll's succesfully...but still....all bosses are bugged (they are just not doing theyre special moves).

Anyone else having this problem? Am I missing a step?

I wish this didn't happen too. Most bosses will be buged its not blizzards data base. Also dll files are C++ which can make teleporter, morph npc.

On the other hand LUA makes npc talk when attacked or when ever you want them to talk. They also make the npc cast spells.

If you want to fix some of the boss problems find LUA scripts on mmowned.

When i run ascent-world.exe ....all of the LUA scripts show up. However there is a message that one of the .dll files (in the script_bin folder) had "delayed load." Theres like 5 or 6 of them i think. All of them say "load successful" in the command prompt, except for the one called "LUAscripting.dll." Thats the one that says "delayed load." I'm assuming it loaded, but delayed...lol. If it never loaded, I have no idea why.

-I dont know if that would be a problem.....but....all i know is that none of the bosses do their special things....and even regular mobs....everything is static....just tanking and spanking (no spells, summons, shouts, etc).

Are u getting bosses to work with gastric's LUA files and ascent compile and DB's?

you will need to get the new .dll files then couse it works for me and other people, if you want me to post a link let me know
