About making a website..

This is a simple question, I think. I have been following guide after guide after guide to set up a server and make it public--and I am 100% set up to put up a website and start accepting people into my server. Just one problem about putting up my website, though..
I'm using Wamp for my site, but I'm worried that when someone goes to my page they will see my wamp tool menu. My site is located in a folder which it itself is located in the WWW folder, should it be there? Or somewhere else?

I'm just wondering because when I tried opening the site on another PC I got the wamp tools menu, and I'm just worried that other people will be able to access my tools menu.
If someone could just explain how the whole website thing works, I would be appreciative.

That can't be right =\ It should be like C:\Wamp\WWW\Your webpages

Maybe you don't have the latest version of Wamp possibly? Not real sure about this one..
