Alrighty, im running into trouble with the Ascent setup, when i try to run Ad.exe it just pops up and disapears : /.

becuase it dont have the map file with it make a maps folder

I already made a Maps folder

try maken make it all lowercase and putting it in your World Of Warcraft Folder

Ok, first I made a maps folder, all lowercase like you suggested trying, then moved the AD.exe over into the WoW folder but still only flashes for a split second. /cry

you have to move ad.exe and the maps to the same folder

I think i might know the problem, gonna reinstall Re-Pack

You dont need maps to run ascent. Also it sounds like your just doing this for yourself so there is no point correct?

Okay so i just got done with following Ascent 2.3 Server Creation by Herelybob and I did everything right, but for some reason when i try to log on it doesnt recognize my account name and says wrong password/account name whatnot.
