Mana Regen [Ascent]

I have only tested this on one emu server (WoWScape) but I assume that it would work on any Ascent because mana regen would be handled the same /w like servers.

I play a holy priest, and always manage to stay at the top of the healing chart because of my mana regen trick: Sit when not casting. On WoWScape (and I assume other Ascent serves) the five second rule does not apply, so as soon as you finish casting and start sitting it gets back to regular sitting mana regen.
Well, thats my hopeless attempt at contributing as I dont have retail WoW. Hope it helps

Sitting thing is just common kowledge. The 5sec thing not working is definatly something.

I have not tested this on 2.3.0, but it's worked since 2.1.0 on WoWScape.
