I need help with making something overwrite my old SQL files?

You can use this query:

DELETE FROM `(table)` WHERE `(field)` = '(#)';
Then input the terms in the parenthesis and you win!
Example:

DELETE FROM `items` WHERE `entry` = '19019';
(Removes Thunderfury from your DB)
