[Fix] Extended cost/Arena

the arena one is wrong anyway, i thought you requested a query to remove arenapoints from characters not the arena rank requirement from items... i posted the query needed for that in that thread...

but seriously you say credits go to you and me but basicly it was just me who gave you the queries and you uploaded them in a 1kb or how big is it txt file? :-/ shouldnt do that, could get flamed :-/
