And I have no idea about this either, I only host it on the DB's Computer, I would guess you would changed the following line to the host with DB..

             = 'localhost'; // database host:port

First: Thanks
Second: Open index.php and find the announcement line for example:

                                    <th valign="middle"><img src="img/caticon/announcement.gif" width="18" height="18" /> Halloween Event (13.11.07)</th>

and edit it..

And last but not least: Make sure you're stats.xml direction is right in the config file and the server's up... If the stats dont work the armory wont work.
