Problem Connecting

Okay i got my private server in public... i have like 39 ppl so far but here goes the problem... my brother share the same router with me and when he tried to connect, he always get this unable to connect.. i putted the right realm in for him.. also he cannot view the website that i made so wat is the problem with that??? cuz i culd play when i did on his comp but i move over to mine because my computer is faster than his... Anyone no what is the problem with this?? i wuld b glad if someone really help me with this cuz he wants to play my server bad cuz his other server keep getting DC and shut off.
