Are you Executeing it to Ascent?
If you are Make a Table in there called "mysql.time_zone_name"
if that don't work try "time_zone_name"

hmm that means you database is outdated... so you have a few options:
- did you execute the "Full-DB.sql" cuz if you wanna start from scratch you need to execute that one and not "Full-Update.sql"
- start from NCDB 0.2.1 and update to 0.2.2 (with the full update sql)


instead of using the batch file... did you try from in navicat? right click DB -> execute batch file -> select "full-DB.sql" (if you wanna start from scratch)
or select "full-update.sql" if you wanna update...

well the thing is.. when you start Full-DB.sql on an empty DB you should not get this message: ""[Err] 1146 - Table 'mysql.time_zone_name' doesn't exis"
cuz the Full-DB.sql does not "UPDATE" the tables but it "CREATE" table.....

anyhow where to get NCDB 0.2 and 0.2.1:

right well the 0.2.1 works, but when i go to execute 0.2.2 over it, i still get the message, also when i create a new database and go to execute the 0.2.2, it still dosnet work, so im still stuck??:confused:

well i am gonna make the 0.2.2 DB.. then dumb it to a SQL file and upload it... if that is not working, something is seriously wrong
making DB now... uploading in a sec ...

ok this is what i did... i created a new DB.. imported NCDB 0.2.1 then updated to 0.2.2...
here is the full DB:

import this to an empty DB... should be working perfectly
i did not add the extra stuff (brewfest, halloween, gm vendors etc)

right it has executed on navicat now, but how i do i transfer my acounts and stuff across to it from the other 1, what files do i need to dump, i no its acounts, and character, but what elce, i think theres 11 in total?

The 11 I remember having to back-up are 1. Accounts 2. Characters 3. Charters 4. Corpses 5. Guild_Ranks 6. Guilds 7. Playeritems 8. Playerpets 9. Playerpetspells 10. Playersummonspells and 11. Questlog. Hope that helps.

I have an antrix server (rev 1259) and am using navicat 8.0 & MySQL 4.1
don't know if any of that matters, but there it is
My question is, should I execute the update.sql in Milestone_0.2.2.rar or should I use the AscentNCDB022.sql? What is the better choice for my set-up?
And lastly, will I be able to update wow to 2.2.3 after I do this?

okay i got it to work and i put the back up of all my character now... but one problem once i make a new character... he is naked... wtf is that happening??? how do i fix this one now?? i am using a 2.2.x DBC too

Well it depends on what you want... if you have NCDB 0.2.1 then use the update-db.sql
if you have NO database at all yet... i mean you start from scratch then use the full-db.sql or the file i uploaded for the guy with problems
to be able to use the 2.2.3 client you have to update this line in logon.conf:

<Client MinBuild = "6739"
MaxBuild = "xxxx">

change the xxxx to the number for the 2.2.3 build.... (you can check the 2.2.3 build if you just hold your mouse on wow.exe in your wow folder... you should see this: 2.2.3.7359) so change it to:

<Client MinBuild = "6739"
MaxBuild = "7359">

but i think that is automatically changed in the latest core revs
well i showed you how to change it with older ravs :P
