Quick help plz

My Antrix servers in German but i need it switched to english so i was wondering if i download another repack is there a certain file that i can swap out for whatever files is the language, like delete the german language folder and paste in the english one... cause the server im using now is the only one thatll work for me.

Well you might need a new core I think, make sure you're using US dbc files also . . . that's all I can suggest :\
