127.0.0.1 Repost HELP PLEASE!!

I posted this in earlier topic, i really need to understand whats going on. Can someone tell me what might be the problem.

Ok heres the details so far.

I tried starting up my server today (its run successfully before this) and now i'm getting errors in mangos and the server keeps crashing.

I checked in Navcat and i keep getting this error message.
2003 - Cant Connect to Mysql server on 127.0.0.1 (10061)

So i tried reinstalling the Mysql server but when i get it to "Starting Up Service" i get yet another error message.
The Service could not be started. error: 0

So i go to my command prompt and type:
telnet 127.0.0.1 3306
to see if its connecting to the right port, 3306. But i keep getting this error message:
Connecting to 127.0.0.1.....Could not open connection to host, on port 3306: connection failed

I hope this is a little more detailed and someone can help me figure whats going on.

heres what i was doing before this problem occured, i was attemping a remote connection to someone elses computer thru windows however the connection wouldn't work. :wave: :confused:

To fix the SQL error, locate your MySQL folder and DELETE it completely from the hard drive, then re-install it. Be sure that you are connecting with Navicat that you use the SAME Username and Password that you used for your MySQL. Then try again.

If needed I can assist you in starting a server from scratch.
