dyndns and going public problem

I have two computers connected to my router, i had set up the server on one of the computers, i had it set up with non hamachi. it worked. no problems no questions asked. but i want to put the server on my other computer which is a shell that will be dedicated to the server only. well i set it all up on that computer and now it wont go public, i changed the forwarded ports ip to the ip of that computer, each computer has its own ip one being .101 and one being .102 the new one is 102 and it wont work...any ideas?
