can sombody plz post how to import this into the database, trying to input it manually but i dont have some of the fields listed in the file or the fields aren't in the correct order.

simple mate to get this to work open navicat click on the database ,right click execute bath file

I believe NCDB includes these by default, and there's a GM Script for spawning them, the stage and the guards all at once.

Again, for ascent. I don't know much about mangos.
