adding flight path for server

OK so im makeing a custom place to lvl for my 2nd server and i was wondering if you can add a griff master and link it to a flight path so when you talk to him the map comest up and you can fly

i could make a portal but then what im plaing wouldnt work aka they have to do a quest that leads them to the master then they fly there
