What are the server rates of TBC?
All basic server rates are 1x, which is blizzlike. It is possible to increase the XP rates temporary to 1,5x (50%) or 2,0x (100%) with an XP talisman which can be procured via votes.
You can either choose between level 1, level 58 or level 70 as starting level. You will get basic gear with the selection of a few different set types if you pick level 70.
All instances and BGs are open, no raid has killed KJ yet and most players have no S4 parts.
