multiple NPCs stacked on top of each other think DB is doubleing the world

Im running the cata 4.3.4 trinity and seems the NPCs are doubleded in the world. I mean there are 2 npcs stacked in every place an NPC should be, also noticing about 2x that many NPCs for killing everywhere.. like the whole world is loading 2x the npcs... any advice to fix?

The table is known as "creature".
My personal advice to this would be to recompile a new core + DB as it'd be a lot faster than attempting to fix it manually. There's also a few other options, if you don't want to lose any of your work then you possibly isolate the creature table creation of Trinity's provided initial DB, executing it and that should do the trick. If indeed you are using a repack I'd report this issue to the person responsible for the repack and switch to compiling your own, because Trinity 4.3.4 latest release should not do this.
