The client was already released months ago, you can download it straight from the installer via Blizzard and update it. I've had the client working since beta went live, as have the people working on a sandbox

Not everyone can spend 60USD on a game and then 30USD a month, ya know? Heck, I've seen a ton of Americans on prv srvs. Oh and some are changed to be more fun or different than blizz and offer advantages which you miss on blizz.
Not to mention that there are roughly ~50-100k ppl playing on private servers constantly.

You can't stop reverse engineering just delay the amount of time it takes to figure out the coding we just need more dedicated programmers working on it
