[Idea] Paypal Chargebacks

If you own a private server and accept money by paypal by a automated donation system (Even if you dont it still happends), then you will know whats its like to get chargebacks from them ass holes that think they can make a claim to try and get their money back or have stolen someones credit card (parents mostly) then because of this there is 30 chargebacks by the same person and your paypal gets locked and you are unable to accept money.

Personally i use a system that will read the postback infomation from each transaction people have made and if they make a chargeback it automatically bans them but not everyone uses these systems and if they accept alot of donations its hard to keep track of the people that have made a chargeback.

We were thinking of a solution by sending physical items such as mouse mats so that we have a postal id and are protected from the chargeback but this comes at a high price and most server cannot afford this.

Hopefully what i want to achive is a list that people who own servers can use and hopefully if they try to donate to you, you can cancel the transaction before they make a chargeback.

Lets take down these ****ing paypal scammers.

Mabey post them something that has their items that they doanted for written so you can give paypal a tracking number. Naturally confirm the address on the paypal

Yeah i bet it is especially when paypal are such fags for virtual items but thats why you have to plan ahead and get a good financial adviser haha

Ive tried paypal alternatives.

Googlecheckout sucks and limited the account in 2 days.

The biggest problem is that if you get like 5 chargebacks, your account gets limited. i mean anyone can steal someones card and make a paypal and then the owner of it rings their bank. there should be more protection put in place by paypal.

Edit: For those of you who don't feel like registering. There is a couple of recent posts that have people complaining about not receiving donation items. Aka, hes complaining about chargebacks with a (edit~)*faulty* donation system.

Hum here is my idea. There is a mail merge system for mirosoft office 2007 that allows a person to imput a coloum header and it will print out all information in the row per a row so if you had 5 ppl buy something you can make a template that uses this system and it will auto place the items they ordered there address and such. Then you mail this confirmation out to players so you have an address for them. Also mail out the tos for using paypal and also a link to a place on your website that if they did not make this order then to contact you with information and such so that you yourself can correct this mistake rather then taking it to paypal. Im not sure how cost effective it would be but I would charge a few cents more in your items for shipping this paper.
