[Project/Group] Fix up the Emulation World

Fix up the Emu World!

This is the start of a 3 to 6 month project. These are our plans:

1. Find more Talented Developers

2. Custom Script Exclusive Scripts

3. Help each other out

4. Find a lot of Server Owners


What we want to Change in the EMU World:

1. Have all servers under 1 or 2 Realmlists

2. Split Donations amongst Server owners

3. Hire Staff as a group ( A Vote for each person)


Honestly, we are all tired of the Greedy Server Owners and Servers dieing because of crap owners and such.

Split donations
Each person can get full access to there files
All they need to do is pitch into Monthly Bill
All Donations will go to paying the bill, any extra, will go to next months, or upgrading servers, adding servers, etc.

I'm a fan of this project. I think it would be nice to bring everyone closer together. Thats just me though. Would need really good leadership though.

It's a good idea, but highly impractical in the world of emulation. It won't ever happen, no matter how much effort or time gets put in place. ._.
But tell ye what. Get this going, and I'm in.

4. Server owners don't wish to participate in this (( Mainly because if others have what they have, they don't have an edge anymore :P l2business & advertising

I also recommend that you get a more reputable group of people who are big in the emulation community. A name that everyone knows. CMB is good, but you have nobody else on there who really has the "BLING BLING" that would be needed to spark up a fire of love in the emulation community. People like andy . The problem is all great emulation people are greedy, power hungry, and drama queenz

It's like my good friend Apoc always says, if your involved in emulation, your automatically an "emutard"! :P

It's funny you should say this. I myself am starting a website for developers and private server owners alike. You can check out the construction of it at www.CodeShop.org. However, the site is not yet complete. When it is, I will make a thread detailing it.

I would say Hellgawd has "BLING BLING", and personally I have a lot of respect for Sounddead. Also Aevie is I think the best website developer out there. So I actually think the names are pretty good. Though some are less well known. Like mine >.<

EDIT: Also. One reason server owners will want to join is that we would have a good group of developers that they really need to make their servers great. Like you said Vindicated, talented developers don't just spontaneously spawn.

Hellgawd is a good friend of mine, and Sounddead work for me; however, they both know they are not up there with the andy's & burlexes. You need someone like that to slap some sense into the community.
