Funniest GM Application!

Ok well, on Evolution wow, this 14 year old kid made an application for GM saying he worked for Blizzard before. Here is a copy:

6. Previous experience as a GM:

Where: Blizzard Entertainment, WoW Beez, Eternion WoW. We can talk about the Blizzard thing.

How long: Blizzard about a year. Beez- 2 mounths Eternion- 1 mounth

Why did you leave?: With school work and family issues I was not able to fufill Blizzard's requirements for time. I had over 2,000 tickets at least. It was constent hourse everyday of work. Finally, December 21, 2008 I made the decesion to leave Blizzard. I will work again for them in the up comming summer. Also, they offered me a job when i'm 18 years of age, when i dont have as much school work going on. I no it seems hard to believe but Blizzard's requirement for GM work is 14 years old. Technical things including developers. Technically its not manual labor, so they are able to make it 14 years old. I quit WoW Beez because the Gm's and Admins were very immature and not professional. I am looking for a server (if i become a GM) with professional people who know what they are doing, and dont mess around all the time. I left Eternion WoW for the same reason.

7. How extensive would you say your knowledge of WoW, overall is?: Very, if you look above i explain it.

4years of regular. 1 and a half as a GM.

9. Are you willing to answer tickets and enforce rules?:Yes, I had to sign a contract with Blizzard saying i would, and i will enfource the same rules to myself on this server.

10. How well do you handle criticism?: I dont take things personal. If someone gets agry with me, i simply tell them to please calm. If they dont I will take it up with an admin.

11. How much time each day do you spend on Evolution WoW, on the forum, and in-game?:
I play while i look at the forums. About 5 hourse a day. It would exstend if I became a GM.

12. Do you have GM addons and do you know how to use them?: GMS, But i do not rely on it.

13. What do you think the most important responsibility of being a GM is?:
Making the Game run smooth with no interuptions with spammers and hackers. I dont believe in abusing my powers. I believe in a fun game where people dont have to worry about spammers or hackers. Also if people have any difficulties with the game I can help them fix it.


14. What interests you most about the GM position?:

Well the fact i'm helping people and i miss the feeling of being a GM.

19. Have you ever contributed (in contribution section of the forums) anything on Evolution WoW?: No, but i will be donating 40$ if I get the spot of a GM.

20. We would like to have some fresh new ideas, do you have one?: You could replace the bosses in instances with harder ones that drop rare custom items. These bosses would require a 10-25 man group. Also you could bring back some 40 man custom raids.

21. Do you know anything that could help with the server such as and programming languages? No

I would ask the name of the GM and how he was abusing his powers. Then i would request proof as in a screenshot. Then if they both had vent i would take them both in and talk it over. If this continued i would take it up with an Admin before making any drastic descesions.

player Complaint : <Player xxx> keeps corpse camping me and he wont let me rezz, please kick him!: I am sorry I am not able to kick the player for that reason but i will talk to him requesting he let you resserect. If he keeps doing it I will talk to the Admins about a ban, or kick from the server. But please do not go straight to "Will you kick him."


23. If you encounter a situation in game that's gone out of control, How would you handle it?

-(a lot people (100+) are advertising for a other server):
Tell the people that if they does not stop then i will have to take drastic measures. An i would do it 1 by 1 because i need to get it through their minds.
-There are no projects, event, tickets. you're bored: Look over the forums and talk on vent. Also i would roam the server looking for bugs or hackers.

-We're removing your GM status:

24. What makes you presume you are the best candidate for the position.

I have a lot of exsperiance in what im doing and I can deal with almost anything.

Im guessing you do not believe me about working for Blizzard, but I did work for them and thats really all i can say. If you do not believe me then thats that. But i have the exsperiance and i know what im doing.

Edit: You do get some decent 14 year olds who can script brilliantly. My 13 year old cousin already can script moderate Java, Python and is doing great at php. He's also really mature and acts above his age, it just depends on the type of person imo.
