SpellPower Coef Fix Possibly?

Idk if anyone has explored on this infact i only realized this last night me being a emu noob and all but heres my best try at contributing

well i download 2d's darkness repack repack for WOTLK and found a table called spell_coef_override i opened it up and had spellpower coef rates and i put in the spell frostfire bolt rank 2 in this format below

Otspell_coef_override 0.1

i restart my server and i was hitting frostfire bolts at 4.5 k non crit

so it obviously worked somehow and obviosly these arnt the real Coef rates that you would have to find yourself but if you insert spells like this it will make the spellpower coef higher or lower depending on what you want

i was always tired of going on WOTLK private server's and getting frostfire bolt and it only hit 1.7 k with 1200 spellpower so heres a fix to it
