[Help] Special vendors

how can i mod the requirements on vendors so that for example, more then one item is needed to buy a piece of gear,

Like if i wanted to buy ItemX, It dident cost gold, but rather ItemB and ItemC and ItemD to buy.

dont really get the question, are you wanting to chnage the price of items and remove tokens or something?

I think what you means is that, buy itemA then it will make the itemB available to buy?

i mean instead of paying gold to buy an item, you have to trade in items for it.

So to buy ItemA, You need to trade in both ItemB and ItemC, or more depending.

Like for example to buy a healing potion, you have to pay 3 flowers, and one essence of life. for example.

DBC edits of item_exntededcost.dbc

You create a custom CostID that requires Item A and Item B, and maybe Item C too. This wont show up ingame without a custom patch, but you can like subname the vendor or something.
