Why Cant I import Buildings?

hi, i cannot add buildings to my server! i founda nice one in Model Viewer and when i go into the mywarcraft i cant load the .mpq patch thing. its empty!

So what am i to do?
Please help!

Ahh, i got one set working that one i said i couldnt..

now i have the prob, how to deactivate so u cant open a door...
