Crash Dump?

Hi, When My server Crashes it gives an Error:

Server has crashed. Reason was:
an Access Violation at 0x656C646E

It also Produces A Crash Dump.

How Do I debug The Crash Dump. I have Visual Studio 2008 installed.

"Unable to start program" The Specified file is an unrecognized or unsupported binary format

Thats What Happens when I double CLick the Crash Dump and Try to Debug.
