Item "?" Add-On

I Tried to Search, And i've seen it before, The Add-on That makes you able to see the Picture of the Custom Items instead of Question Marks [?] I just need the Name of the Add-on / or Download Link and i will +Rep you x2

When i play on a Funserver and half of my Inventory is Question Marks... It takes some hours to find the right item o_o

I think it all depends if the creator of the custom item used the right display ID. If they did, it SHOULD come up as a proper icon. Im not certain though.
