It seems I downloaded before all the seasonal SQLs and stuff, but my sister downloaded after, and for some reason, though both our WoW Provate Servers are set up the same, only she can go public, but her .learn and .learn all... etc. all spell commands stopped working

I think the whole going public problem is like something to do with a router and a modem or something, I'm on a modem, she's right into the router..

Change your ports in your configs and open them in your router. To not match hers and do the same on your firewall.
