Help me, website problems!

Hi I posted a thread...eariler and got no real help..

I can't find a decent guide for setting up wamp..with my website for my server...I was told to open port 80. Well I have it open on my router and I have my no-ip thing directing to my ip....

apachee sometimes when I click start service....nothing happens...the little needle on the task bar goes 3/4 of the way then back down...??
