[Help] Custom Mounts!

figured it out

ok

first you figure out which item mount you wish to change
then you search the name in your character database
then change the name and display ID to what ever you wish
then go into items and rename its original item name XD

e.g.
/S .mount 14402

im trying to do the same thing as godofwar. i didnt understand which character database you meant, sorry >,<

so by character database is that the character table in the database? or is character database a .dbc file? idk :<

i think we just have to change the diaplay id of the creature that the mount spell will cast.

because even if you change the diisplay id on the item, it wont matter because once you cast the spell to summon the mount, it will show the original mount.

ive been trying to look for the spell display id on a dbc editor, i looked in the Spell.dbc and i found the mount spell i want to change, but it doesnt have a line to change the display id, or even a line that already has the display id. so idk man, how to edit the display id of that spell. :|

mager said something about the characters database, but idk where to find it XD would you mind telling us man, please?

Alright here is what he means

go into creature_names

Find the name of a mount you would like to REPLACE
Rename it and change the display id to the orge
once done with that delete your chatch.

----note if you want this to be special you must use mounts from the tcg-----
---------If you use a non-tcg mount you must remove it from any vendor
the original would have it.
