Please Help! Can't make server public!

Okay, two more questions:

I have the server set, the ports forwarded and the config files modified. But I have a few more things I need to ask.

One:
How do you change your username and password for your files, I change in the ascent-logonserver and ascent-world, but it says acess denied when I try loading up Ascent.

Two:
My WoW gets stuck on 'Logging in to Game Server' How do I fix this?
