Creating Account Problems

I just set up a private server using novaprosp3kt repack. The repack only gives me one file i need to click on to start it up, i didn't have to go through making a database in Navicat. I've tried to make an account using the command console witch tells me "createaccount <name> <pass> <email> <flags>" and Ive entered account information just like that hundreds of times but it just sits there and does nothing.

In game the command .createaccount doesn't work, it tells me it doesn't exist.

Anyone have any idea how i can create accounts?

p.s. i've tried .create account also but it says wrong syntax when i do anything.

Doesnt work for me either, I just dont think it works.
You'll have to go into your LOGON SQL database with Navicat and create it manually, or use a .php script so people can create it for themselves.
