Quick Question

Hi, im new to making Private Servers..But im looking for a guide that can let me set up a server that is FULL TBC and Sunwell with raids. I dont need it so it can let other people play with me. I just want it so i can check out the raids and everything...So pretty much an Offline Version. Also where can i get a list of GM commmands for the server also. Thanks!
