Most likely port 8129 or 80 I think its 9129 though. Also make sure your firewall is off and etc.

You can't browse FROM a pc within your lan TO a server within your lan using the public/router ip address. Use the private address.
And don't forget to mod the hosts file so your client won't try to connect to the external IP :P
The port would be 80, make sure port 80 is forwarded as port 80 is a the port for a webhost.
