ok got it working just im only one that can see site no one else can xD

if you have any antivirus firewalls up turn them off ino sounds daft but it stil interfere's with wamp

More than likely your ISP is blocking port 80. If this is indeed the case you'll have to either setup your web server to listen on another port, or the easier alternative is to have your router forward another port (8080 is a popular choice) to port 80 on your computer/server.
